Windyan professions

Most people in Windya are simple farmers, engineers or traders. However, there are also many people that are different from the rest in that they have taken extreme training, were born with extraordinary powers, or found enlightenment. This page is about those people.

Martial

Fighter

  • Fighters are trained to defend important locations, items or persons.
Rogue
  • Original source: Player’s Handbook
  • Rogues are either selftrained thieves, spies, or even soldiers that focus on attacking instead of defending.
Warlord
  • Original source: Player’s Handbook
  • Warlords are trained military commanders, charismatic leaders or intuitive coaches.

Divine

Avenger

  • Avengers are the sword of faith. They serve a single deity and destroy its enemies.
Cleric
  • Original source: Player’s Handbook
  • Clerics are the armor of faith. They help the followers of their deity (and sometimes others) and are at the heart of the church itself.
Invoker

  • Invokers are the cloak of faith. They preach for every deity, for religion itself actually, and so can be found on Arcada a lot. They are usually assisted by a avenger and a paladin.
Paladin

  • Paladins are the shield of faith. They protect the followers of their deity and try to punish its enemies.

Arcane

Dragon Sorcerer

  • These evokers are rare but wellknown. Their claims as to how they got their powers range from being a decendant from a dragon, to having made a pact with one. Some just say they are lucky – and some considers themselves unlucky.
